Welcome to our second newsletter! As October arrives and the veil begins to thin, the skies gift us with the Orionids meteor shower, shooting stars that streak across the heavens from late September through October. These cosmic sparks remind us that just as the universe is constantly moving and creating, so too are we invited to release, renew, and open to possibility.
We begin this month's newsletter with guidance from The Soul Reflection's Halloween Love Oracle. The cards drawn: Abundance, Intuition, and Gratitude, set a beautiful tone of blessings for the weeks ahead.
Abundance
Abundance, blooming with radiant sunflowers, reminds us that the harvest is plentiful and life is ready to overflow with joy when we open our hearts to receive.
Intuition
Intuition, carried by the raven perched high upon the mountain, invites us to trust the higher vision within. This inner wisdom shines a light on truth and gently guides our steps forward.
Gratitude
Gratitude, glowing in the warmth of the pumpkin, shows us that by honoring the blessings already present, we welcome even more love, light, and joy into our lives.
Together, these cards weave a message of trust, presence, and abundance. May October bring you the clear sight of the raven, the warmth of the pumpkin, and the golden blessings of the sunflower.

What's New with The Soul ReflectionThese past two months have been full of exciting growth and connection. In August, we returned to the Freya Festival in Remsen, NY—a gathering that is always such a joy! September brought even more opportunities, as we joined Syracuse’s Pagan Pride and the very first Age of Aquarius Festival in Queensbury, NY (near Lake George). A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to support, connect, and share in the experience—we truly loved meeting you all!.

We recently returned to Alabaster & Ash for a truly beautiful day filled with crystals, oracle cards, and the soothing vibrations of a Rose Quartz Sound Bath. Nadine has teamed up with ReikiDan, whose 20+ years of healing experience bring even more depth and transformation to the workshop. Together, we created a space of healing, learning, and connection that felt both powerful and heart-centered.

A Personal Note from NadineSince my last newsletter, we've moved through the eclipse season and finally emerged on the other side. What did you do to stay grounded as you moved through those powerful energies? For me, I gave myself a few much-needed self-love and self-care days and finally did a couple of things I've been wanting to for a long time.
First up was a trip to the Gore Mountain Garnet Mines in the heart of the Adirondacks. The Adirondacks have always held a special place in my heart, as I was fortunate to spend summers at my family’s camp on the Fulton Chain Lakes. Returning there always seems to ground, recharge, and heal my spirit.
The Garnet Mine itself surpassed my expectations. With a guide, you drive to the edge of an old mine where shimmery red garnets sparkle everywhere you look. Standing on land built upon garnets was so peaceful and grounding. Time slipped away quickly as I dug and searched, and I was blessed to find some beautiful pieces. I can't wait to go back!
We also visited The Crystal Connection—a historic church transformed into a crystal shop. I'd seen it on TikTok and knew it was a must-visit, but being there in person was even more magical. The outdoor areas were lined with giant rose quartz, and inside we saw incredible treasures like amethyst coffee tables and even a throne seat made of amethyst. The basement held a salt cave and healing center, making the whole place feel like a sanctuary
I was called to bring home a unique piece: an Orthoceras fossil, an ancient ocean creature (over 400 million years old!) preserved in limestone. As soon as I saw it, I knew it belonged with me and would be part of our upcoming Crystal Grid Workshop. It feels like it carries the wisdom of the ancient oceans, ready to share healing and deep connection.
While there, I also had the chance to play with crystal singing bowls, which inspired me to research and find a set that truly resonated with me. I've been using my bowls throughout the eclipse season to help clear and raise vibrations, and I’m excited to share their healing sound with you in the months ahead.
Now that pumpkin season is upon us, I'll likely be heading north again soon to soak in the fall colors and embrace the lessons of the trees: releasing what no longer serves us and preparing for the blessings yet to come. 
Whether we meet in person or online, I truly look forward to connecting with you.
